Scheduling a Smoke Certificate Inspection:
The application for a Smoke Certificate Inspection is a carbon copy application and is available at the Police/Administration Building either in the vestibule or upstairs in the Administration office.  See receptionist on the second floor for scheduling.
Inspections will take place on Mondays, between the hours of 9:00 am and 11:00 am.

Please bring the Application and Fee to the Administration Office on the second floor of the Police/Administration building during regular business hours to the schedule inspection.
The fee for inspections must be paid at the time of scheduling.  The fee shall be $45.00 or $125.00 if received fewer than four (4) business days prior to change of occupant.  Please make check payable to Tewksbury Township.

The fee for any required re-inspection shall be $45.00 payable prior to the re-inspection.
