Scheduling a Smoke Certificate Inspection:
The application for a Smoke Certificate Inspection is a carbon copy application and is available at the Municipal Building.
Applications can be found in the vestibule or upstairs in the Administration office.  
Inspections will take place on Tuesdays, between the hours of 9:00 am and 11:00 am.

Please bring the Application and Fee to the Administration Office during regular business hours to the schedule inspection.
The fee for inspections must be paid at the time of scheduling.  The fee shall be $45.00 or $125.00 if received fewer than four (4) business days prior to change of occupant.  Please make check payable to Tewksbury Township.

The fee for any required re-inspection shall be $45.00 payable prior to the re-inspection.
