To reserve one of the township parks or facility for a function, please read the following information below.
Completed application, notarized Hold Harmless Agreement, along with a Certificate of Insurance can be emailed attention to Donna Cramer, receptionist@tewksburytwp.net or dropped off at the Municipal Building.
Such applications must be received into the Clerk's Office at least (20) twenty days prior to proposed date of use.  Completed forms will be distributed to the necessary staff and professionals for review and approval.

Special Provisions/Needs: Please list under "special needs" section of online form any special provisions or needs (sanitary, parking, etc.) requested, including any variances from the Township's Park Regulations (Chapter 12.24). Please site the section of the Park Regulations from which relief is sought, if appropriate. Please submit to the Township via US Mail or e-mail Donna Cramer, receptionist@tewksburytwp.net a certificate of insurance. Costs to be borne by applicant may be incurred (if for example a parking attendant, port-a-john, or cleaning fee is required) at the discretion of the Township's agents. Any on-site preparation of food using open fire requires inspection by the Fire Official and County Department of Health. The erection of tents or temporary structures, small truck mounted kiddie rides, inflatable bounces, slides and other inflatable attractions will need inspection and approval by the Construction Official.

Insurance Requirements for Park/Facility Use
Individual Use - Defined as residents of Township using facilities for private functions (not athletic) with no outside vendor participation. The requestor must provide a copy of Homeowner, condo or tenants policy with a minimum of $500,000 liability is required of individuals. Certificates shall be delivered to the Township Clerk for review by the Insurance Agent prior to the issuance of any permit under this policy. A "one time" event policy is also acceptable. 

Individual Use with outside vendor participation - Whether Profit or Non-Profit, vendor/businesses must provide Certificate of Insurance provided by insurance carrier with an "A" rating by A.M. Best. This certificate must indicate either Comprehensive General Liability Coverage or Named Operation and Location of not less than $1,000,000 C.S.L. and naming Tewksbury Township, and its officers and employees as additional insureds. Certificates shall be delivered to the Township Clerk for review by the Insurance Agent prior to the issuance of any permit under this policy.

Business Use - Applicant, whether Profit or Non-Profit must provide Certificate of Insurance provided by insurance carrier with an "A" rating by A.M. Best. This certificate must indicate either Comprehensive General Liability Coverage or Named Operation and Location of not less than $1,000,000 C.S.L. and naming Tewksbury Township, and its officers and employees as additional insureds. Certificates shall be delivered to the Township Clerk for review by the Insurance Agent prior to the issuance of any permit under this Policy.

Certificates of insurance shall state the following:
The Contractor's name and address
The Policy Data
That a minimum of 30 days cancellation notice shall be provided to the Certificate Holder.
Special conditions regarding coverage and compliance to be addressed by conversation between agents.

HOLD HARMLESS DISCLAIMER
Once the form is submitted, the organization/individual named on the form will assume full responsibility for the preservation of order on said grounds, liability for any damage thereto or loss of property that may occur, and for the observation of all Township regulations governing the use of its parks.
